How long will it take an average player to hit champion ranked

So I recently started ranked now that I have my scheme down and am curious as to how the ranking system works points wise. In a matter of 2 days played my entry games and flew to Hero 3.  Wouldn’t say I’m amazing nor am I bad but I imagined it being more difficult. Is top 100 possible or at least champion.

I got champion in 4 days with a nms team with a 24-8 record so its do-able

I havent played any games since hitting champ but the matchmaking doesnt seem too hard
