Freezes and says “Please wait server is working” every time I try a new filter on AH

This is potentially the most annoying thing I have ever seen in MUT. 

I can’t change the filter without it saying that, so I have to do it twice - which is insane. Is this some anti-sniping feature, am I doing something wrong…or is this a known issue?
