Advice on high cost cards

Guys,  these are 85s and 86s. With minimal abilities. I know it's hard to keep up with other teams but these cards are absolutely not worth millions of coins. 

In 2 weeks most will be superceded/surpassed by other cards.

I have a lot of coins and an 85 OVR squad but I'm making sure I sell any cards I'm not using other than ones I know will go into sets and even then, I'm selling a lot or QS for training. 

Honestly the best way to go right now might be platinum cards that QS for coins.

Just my opinion. I've never seen cards this high this early in the year and I've been playing Madden since year 1.

Lol you gonna put fb at all the skil positions and throw punter at QB?  How you gonna load up on plats?

This is why the community should have pushed back on them making Platinum cards only special positions. They did that shit intentionally so we couldn't use those as rental players anymore.

I mean, if you keep holding out for better and better cards then you'll just never build a team. Buy what ya want, use what ya want, cest la vie.

Half the people quit this game after a month or 2 and after that is only filled with goons. Might as well play with who you want while the game is still ‘fun’

I need to be taking more advice from Marty. This kid is legit!

The crystal cards will probably relevant for a while because of the boosts they give to your theme team.

A lot of cash or coins for backups that give cosmetic boosts.

I'm frugal so I stay far away from high priced cards
