CUT still cannot QS certain items.

Since the release of the game there are still items I can’t QS. Items like coach Hector Luna, welcome to college football ultimate team tip, and a ton of non team theme playbooks. Will this ever get resolved or I’m I stuck with these things in binder. Thanks in advance. Posted on CFB and got no replies. Maybe someone here can help thanks
