I thought u could get a team captain to an 83 off rip. Only have him at 80 and dont see where to get other ones.

Check the Team Builders field pass for the objectives, and make sure you have the requisite two Team Captains in your lineup so you can advance the field pass and earn more Upgrade Tokens.

Team Builders field pass objectives, you can earn another 7 tokens in addition to the one they gave you.
