How do I claim the dump truck I won on good morning madden ?

I got the whisper on twitch but it’s saying a error occurred when trying to give my information

did they ask for a password?

You just have to respond to the whisper that comes from eamaddennfl.

All they ask you for is gamertag and console.   You should not have to give more info than that. 

If you can't respond to their whisper, you may have to raise the issue via a ticket and try them on social media letting them know of your issue.   I've won multiple giveaways and never had an issue replying to them.

Yeah I just had the same issue this mornings GMM stream, I won the 87 Brock Bowers 85 Cooper Dejean 85 Kyler Murray final dump truck giveaway from host T.J., but I guess my "whispers" were set to OFF, even though I always get the Madden Twitch Packs claimed no problem whenever I watch Madden streamers and the drop claims.

Ugh, EA Helpdesk says I have a case "key" to use for my case & rewards claim, but the live chat transcript says "case closed" but maybe I should just open a twitter account to try and get the 3 prized cards (I never had a xhitter or facebook account).

Sorry! I've been searching for any help on Madden/Twitch Dump Truck MUT wins vs. Twitch Whispers losses lol...been dealing with EA Chat Customer Service and all they keep saying is try and contact EA MUT on twitter for help. 

So this Unc is trying to figure out (for the first time ever) how to use twitter, specifically EAMUT twitter to get help for the 3 cards the GMM host T.J. announced me the final drop winner of earlier this morning.
