Has anyone received these yet? I was auto-billed for my EA Play renewal on Xbox, so I browsed what rewards would be coming. Apparently so far we should have had a welcome pack available through September 11 and an August pack available through the 31st.
The EA Support Response:
- I very much appreciate your patience with me! I have showed this case to our tech team to double-check the details, and we've found that you indeed haven't received the rewards yet for having the EA Play membership. We normally could grant this manually on our end, but since Madden 26 is a fairly new game, our tools don't give us the option to as of the moment. Our team has raised this to our Madden 26 Studio for an urgent call for a fix.
- While we cannot provide an approximate date and time of when the issue will be resolved, we can assure you that this is now being investigated by the team. For now, we humbly ask for your extended patience as we resolve the issues that you have reported.
