Sadly, no -- i do not think Purdy's release is particularly good.  His hot route delays due to the "touches of realism" that they've added to the game make him essentially unusable, IMO.  Not to mention, any QB that doesn't have at least 85 Throw Power (with or without the +2 THP strategy item) is a potential liability.  I wish it weren't so, but Glock Purdy is not an elite signal caller in Madden.

Thankfully, as of M25, there were no truly bad, to the point of being unusable QB release styles -- it's more so those darn delays making pre-snap adjustments.

Baker Mayfield and Josh Allen would probably be my leading candidates for "best" or high end release style, based on what we know from M25.  Regardless of what you are doing, be sure to use Placement & Accuracy passing mechanic.  I've been meaning to tinker with my settings, probably going to reduce the pass lead from "Small" to NONE to see if that reduces the amount of missed / random overthrows.

Why isn’t Aaron Rodger’s in the game?  Other players switched teams and haven’t played a down, but they’re in the game.  Jairie Alexander… now in the ravens, hasn’t played one down, yet he’s in the game.  Any idea why Rodger’s isn’t in the game?

You can now use the site filters to retrieve this info.   Select position as qb and use the custom filter to select the qb release you are interested in.
