Its nonsense.
And the EA Help support is worthless. First, EA send me to Xbox Support, they also said everything looks alright on that side.
EA Help also send me to EA Help Forum, where the community manager posted they cant help with it and we should connect to EA Help support to solve the issue...
Yet they are just writing me generaly messages, nothing specific about my account.
Sorry for the rant but its really stresfull, I love the early game when we build our team from nothing, I was hyped for the game but this nonsense drama with the missing preorder content is killing me... we literally cant do anything, no one can help yet we payed for a product that we just dont get and who knows when will be we get it....
Does anybody found a solution, or know about a user who eventually got it after a complain?
