I heard bears was one of the best so started learning it, now I’m hearing the best is Chargers, Falcons, Saints, Steelers and Jags?
not sure what to do, any recommendations? I want to make sure i practise the playbook before jumping online so deciding if i need to stay with bears or try Chargers or Saints or Jags
I use the Patriots at present...I try to knee jerk to what I'm hearing as the hottest playbooks or plays. Been my experience that any playbook in the right hands works great. So I try and find one that has some formations that I enjoy and that match the type of team I like to build (TEs...WRs...whatever) and then just "master" that book. I have not come close to "mastering", but I avoid frustration by always jumping around. But if it means anything...Chargers does have some good looking formations.

I mean every playbook is the best if it suits how you play.
Decide how you want to play then find the best book for your scheme.
I use Texans on offense because it allows me to come out in gun split close, change the package to TE at FB, and then I can audible to loads of 11 personnel formations like singleback bunch, gun bunch, trips TE, spread etc etc.
I’m currently using the Eagles playbook. I started with the Bears. I think I like the Eagles more for running and the Bears more for passing.

I started with the cowboys playbook, worked fine for offline, for squads, it was good with runs, but not passing.
Just switched to Eagles and it is much better.
