Current Market

I waited till today to buy back my team, as everyone and myself suggested a market crash with the legends content, but everything somehow went up even more ? I am curious as to when I should expect a market crash, and begin spending my 3.5 mill, as there is no new content being released in the coming days that i am aware of.

How do people have 3.5 million.

I’m pretty sure the market is always high on saturdays because of weekend league (now called gauntlet) and MCS ladder matches. Then you buy back Sunday/Monday when those people sell some of their top end players

Made about 750k from preorder points, and bought 1.5mil. And I made the rest from playing online games and flipping cards  on the auction house

I’m personally waiting. sitting at 2.5m and still only purchased one player and that was chase brown

Just filter for the most expensive flooded cards at the time, last week it was PGA 85s, and just keep refreshing to you find ones posted for a good value and wait to resell until their value goes up (assuming they do lmao). I bought them all for 220k and flipped them when they got to about 290k-300k and then unfortunately they continued to rise to 375k, which is what screwed me out of more profit.

I heard a couple YouTuber's say sell your team before Legends come out the market is going to crash. I like the team I have and just let it ride. Glad I did!

Game just came out. How can it crash already? Anyway, training went up for the token packs. Limit 2.

I grind the season pass, snipe the AH, flip cards, this is about 1% of my wealth. The rest comes from opening step packs like a crack head.

MCS started this weekend.  that always drives prices higher

The market is kinda weird this year.  Core elites (84 and 85's) are often still the meta and very lowly supplied by packs this year; they are extremely high priced (e.g. Lamar Jackson).  Basically, EA is giving us less supply of elites in packs that we buy AND these elites are still meta; high demand and low supply raises prices.  Also, the best bundle to buy is a quicksell bundle of special teams players which just adds coins and inflates prices and provides only special teams players, not field players on off or defense.

All this said, there will be a crash at some point.  But it'll probably be when highly supplied cards become the meta/highest overalls.  Not sure when that'll happen tbh.
