With the way they're doing releases this year it'll be interesting to see what people think is the best release since it's going to be way more variety and very few overlap

I ended up getting him. Hes throwing bullets. Very solid QB for now

Mostly just doing the CPU events for now. Typically just need to send one guy deep for how I'm playing now. Few weeks when there's more QBs to choose from I'll switch.

Sadly, no -- i do not think Purdy's release is particularly good. His hot route delays due to the "touches of realism" that they've added to the game make him essentially unusable, IMO. Not to mention, any QB that doesn't have at least 85 Throw Power (with or without the +2 THP strategy item) is a potential liability. I wish it weren't so, but Glock Purdy is not an elite signal caller in Madden.

Thankfully, as of M25, there were no truly bad, to the point of being unusable QB release styles -- it's more so those darn delays making pre-snap adjustments.

Baker Mayfield and Josh Allen would probably be my leading candidates for "best" or high end release style, based on what we know from M25. Regardless of what you are doing, be sure to use Placement & Accuracy passing mechanic. I've been meaning to tinker with my settings, probably going to reduce the pass lead from "Small" to NONE to see if that reduces the amount of missed / random overthrows.

Great stuff! Does anyone know which ones would be top tier? Bakers release seems pretty good.
