I seriously can't believe someone at EA thought "hey you know what this game needed desperately? More end of a solo challenge commentary lines!" I still have flashbacks of MUT 24 hearing the Coach saying the exact. same. thing. after every. single. solo challenge. for the entire year. It was honestly rage inducing.
Not only did they add unnecessary commentary this time...the CONSTANT celebrating after EVERY single play is such a tedious, poorly programmed time wasting slog. I dont need to see 30 seconds of my guy standing around pointing because he just sacked the QB....or sitting there watching players do nothing after a TD because the game just like "locks" up before actually ENDING the challenge
Diving into the end zone also does nothing...it's bad enough last year it only worked in between the center hash lines, now it doesn't stop at all.
They also decided adding a challenge completed/challenge failed full blown full screen big sound animation was something people wanted?????
I swear the people who design and program this game spend exactly 0 hours actually sitting down and PLAYING it like a casual player does. Because all they've done this year is create more wasting of my time. I don't need all these celebrations, I don't need replays of every sack and INT, I don't need end challenge commentary and some big slow ridiculous cut scene. I'm sitting here trying to grind through solo challenges and get rewards so I can just play solo seasons etc.
Sadly, nothing will be done about this. They couldn't care less, and their attention to detail is entirely focused on the WRONG shit as usual.
