Game is not showing up for people who game share

Good day, everyone

 so apparently some friends of  mine are game sharing   And I am as well game sharing with somebody and they are not able to see the game being available for them to install. Does anyone know how to fix this or if this is a ongoing issue? Just a FYI  we all have the deluxe edition

Is he on Xbox? Have him hold down the power button for 10 seconds and then turn it back on.

Didn't they patch the game sharing loophole a few years back, on playstation anyway.
