Does anybody know if I've already done the RP's on Xbox Series X, can I log in to the same EA account on my PS5 and have the RP's transfer?

It used to be setup this way. You did the sets and unlocked the rp rewards. Then your ea account would be granted the rewards on whichever version of the next year you logged into first. I have no idea if its designed the same way.
