Yes I saw that, it’s tough being a Lions fan this year. I don’t actually have a favorite NFL team, just a bunch of individual players that I like.

I'd like to be able to decline to play a H2H based on their roster. These OOP have really made the game suck imo. Folks that dont pay for their roster shouldn't have to be forced to play against those that spare no expense to pay for a team.
I don't necessarily dislike the excessive abilities, but limiting abilities to a total of 3 to 4 players on each side of the ball makes for intriguing line up strategy.
I also want card art selection to return (not sure why it was removed).
Add jersey number selection. Example: Julius Peppers wore 90 for the Panthers and Bears, but 56 for the Packers. I would think that's easy to add in for the development team.

I wish they would do roster restricted events for online. Must have all players from the same team/Can only have so many guys above a certain overall/Can only have a team below a certain overall/a no ability event. Stuff like that.
Early season Madden is the best for me and I lose interest pretty fast around Christmas when all the OOP stuff starts coming out because it goes from even resembling football to just straight up cheesing game mechanics and OP abilities. But I get a good 3-4 months of enjoyment out of the game so it's well worth the 70 bucks to me.
I feel pretty much the same. It's like after the Superbowl I kind of lose interest anyway

Funnily enough, sounds like they are doing roster restricted events which is a nice addition! I always loved that in 2k back when I messed with MyTeam. Only being able to have 1 guy over 90 overall and stuff on your roster for certain head to head events was a great way to prevent just running into OP big money teams constantly.
