How do I activate the 5x XP boost?

I got it in the field pass last night. 
This morning, when I logged in, it was gone. Am I missing something? Did I lose it?

Help!

I could be wrong but I believe it activates as soon as you get it. 

Those xp boosts only affect the team field pass (The one where you unlock banners for your favorite team ect.) And the occasional midfield pack. 

The team pass is really easy to level up by just playing the game if that is what you are looking for. So I wouldn't really sweat it unless there is a banner or something you really wanted

I believe those XP Boosts you are seeing are for other game modes, such as Superstar KO or that stuff where you play 3 v 3 or 6 v 6 or something of the sort.  You should see them begin to build up if/when you enter that game mode, which if you've never done or have no intentions of doing so, it's completely irrelevant.

Same with the "C" (blue currency) and stuff liek a special Sleeve, or some gear you'd normally equip on a player.  I don't understand how or why EA grants rewards for other game modes from Ultimate Team, but i guess they can only give us so many 500 - 5000 Coin rewards before it feels liek they're actually slapping us in our stupid faces.  Uff.

You're not missing anything, but you cannot see it unless / until you exit Ultimate Team and go to the appropriate place.

More people need to play 3v3 superstar when yall get bored of MUT. It’s the most fun online mode in Madden to me.
