so i saw jalen hurts is the free qb if u pre order the game but i want the physical copy, how would i be able to claim hurts if their isn’t a way to show i got it pre ordered so does the game box come with a code that i just have to put it or i can only get it by doing digital pre order??Also im curious but since im pre ordering the physical copy does that mean i have to wait till the game comes out for me to wait for the game to get delivered to me??or do i have to go somewhere to pick it and if it gets delivered to me is it before or after the release?
For physical youll play when you get it, so depends on how good your mail is to pre play it.
Usually you get a code via email or receipt. Depends where you buy.
damn i feel like that’s kinda risky then because i feel like they won’t know anything about the code and tell me they can’t give me it,i chose pick up at best buy but i might just take it back and get it digitally instead but i really want the box and that qb card is lwk essential

That Jalen Hurts 80ovr will only be decent at best.
it gets upgraded to i think they said 87 ovr plus all team chems plus a rare ability bucket so yea he’s qb1 for a little bit better then the qb you always start off with🤷♂️

Jalen Hurts is essentially unusable, his pre-snap adjustments are PAINFULLY slow. And every QB basically receives "hot route master" this year, which should open things up tremendously. I have no clue who will be the "best" option(s) as Day 1 QB, but i have my doubts about Jalen. Unless you're okay with making a single adjustment and don't mind taking a ton of delay of game type penalties.
Or better yet, cancel that pre-order. =) You can buy a gently used physical copy for cheap down the road... not that it'll matter, even if you have a physical copy, the game won't allow you to log in once EA shuts down the M26 servers. There's very few advantages to owning physical media in the modern era, oof. However, i respect where you are coming from -- but we need to be voting with our wallets, which means, NOT pre-ordering this buggy ass, broken, mess of a game.

i feel you but nah i don’t like pre owned,i live unwrapping a new game nd stuff and tbh i get his hot route is slow but it’s not like anyone gets qb playmaker or master tac off the jump hes only qb1 until he gets replaced
Umm here is how it works for like 2 decades now with EA/EA Sports BUT ESPECIALLY Madden...
You "pre-order" buy the grossly overpriced Broken, Glitchy, Crappy, 2 months of "Patchwork Development" needed Triple A football videogame product from EA.
They get FREE BUG TESTING LABOR (and make billions) for their unfinished product release, and by the time the game is TRULY ready to play sans it's Buggy Broken Glitch-fest "Day 1" release, it's almost mid November and the game you stupidly gave terrible EA Corpos $100 or $200 is now 50% off and caps to it's TRUE PRICE WORTH then.
*it's why my "Madden Day 1" has never been in August since like 2012, but especially in the lazy modern Patchwork Dev era of gaming the past 10 years.
August is all about getting hyped for NFL regular season/hoping my Raiders have no bad season IR injuries in preseason, and managing my several Fantasy Football Redraft & Dynasty Leagues that keep me more than busy until Madden is WORTH paying for and giving time & attention too.
As EA/EA Sports Madden simply screw over the consumer waaayyyyy to much over the years.
