Had a thought today. It was interesting that we had a store offer the other day for 400 surge. What if RP is connected to surge currency this year? There is some reason they have not lifted the floor on TT cards. Maybe....
Last year surge stayed until the new Madden dropped and if i remember right a few end of the year content was tied to it so with EA tbh there is no telling what the plan is for it.I just want the Rising stars free players to be able to be upgraded with training at this point Myself. Not really stoked for the RP's

Rookie premieres really lost its steam last year imo
What's the best case scenario for RP? Like we got 1 99 overall? Is it worth all the coins?
Unless these cards can boost throughout next season as their player performs, I imagine they won’t have much value beyond the first month or so. But hey, I don’t know what else I’ll use up my coin on 🤷🏻♂️

The value with Rookie Premieres in the next game is that they instantly elevate you at key positions, making it possible to sell hero- and even champion-level items at high returns. Without Rookie Premiere, I was scraping for every 80 or 81 OVR item I could get. With Rookie Premiere, I can start building my coinstack immediately.
All the guys who pooh-pooh Rookie Premiere usually bought Deluxe Edition and get the free points and platinum packs, which can get you an even stronger start. Since I'm true NMS, it makes a massive difference.
To recap, Rookie Premiere is not the end, but a means to an end, and reaching that end quickly.
