Rookie Premiere question when going from Xbox ONE M25) to XBOX Series X (M26)

I am currently playing M25 on my Xbox One (I know...i know..... it's very sad).  Obviously, I need an Xbox Series X to play M26.....

So, I was wondering what happens if I do my Rookie Premiere players on xbox one in Madden 25..... would I still get them in M26 if I managed to get a Series X?

We won't know until RP comes out and they share details on what they plan to do.

I was thinking the same thing (and they could do anything they want to obviously).

But how was it with Madden 24 to Madden 25 RP?   I know if I bought M25 on xbox one and then got it for Series X, I would NOT be able to continue my MUT roster/season. I had to start new.

I guess I will just have to wait and see..... It would be kind of messed up if they didnt allow it since they arent making M26 for Xbox One.   And if not, then I just wish theyd mention it so I can just SPEND my coins and complete my missing Titans TT players I need..... instead of waiting for RP and WASTING my coins on players I cannot even USE next year.

I just wish EA was more communicative with the things they do. It seems there are always plenty of questions throughout the year on lots of things

You can do RP on any console for the next year BUT YOU HAVE TO FIRST OPEN ON THE CONSOLE you want to play on. Theres been mulitple years where people were starting on the one then moved to X and nothing rolls over if you upgrade.

Each Madden installment generally treats player progress and roster updates separately. Your Rookie Premiere progress is tied to the game and platform you’re on. When you upgrade to Series X and play Madden 26, you’ll start fresh

I have to assume it'll be the same as in prior years.  The Rookie Premier rewards are tied to your account and will (or should) appear on both versions of the game.  However, since there's no M26 version for "last-gen" (i hate this terminology, sorry don't mind me), it'll still carry over and become available on the upgraded console if/when you make the leap.

So yes, i am of the opinion that you'll get those rewards, even if you change console generations.  Back during M23 -> M24 cycle, i was able to receive my RPs on both versions of the game, PS4 Pro & PS5.
