Definitely not perry, don't know who offhand but theres definitely players that had cards with multiple versions, multiple times. Nvm, very first person I checked has more, gronk has 17 cards to Perry's 13 (14 counting leaked card).

conner has a TTS card, Puka has a free 98, and purdy has a 90 (not good but still not a core player)
