What exactly is reinforcement

What does reinforcement consist of does putting on no outsiders inside stuff and out my way equal reinforcement or is that run stuffer? Does reinforcement include out my way?

Reinforcement is OMW against all blockers including OL. It also forces PBU but grants no reaction boost. Not sure bout inside/outside stuff

Reinforcement is definitely just a impact block stopper and a VG stopper other then that it doesn’t really consist of run stop badges all though it does boost your ability to break run blocks easier but not like run stuffer, run stuffer is like they whiff you or barely take you out your run path but all run stop badges on crack
