I’m using Lamar Jackson “The Eraser” AKA 99 ovr and this card offers the truzz xfactor if you only rush for more than 1 yard. But for some reason it never activates in any of the games even though I’ll scramble or run off play action. Is anyone else seeing these same issues

You most likely need to rush for 1+ yards multiple times. When you’re in a game hold the right trigger and press down on the left stick to see the abilities of your players as well as the in-game activation requirements/progress towards activation for xfactors.

It could be two (or more) rushes, i'll have to inspect the card next time i'm inside the catalogue. Due to the total number of variations, i wasn't able to get the specific information here: https://www.mut.gg/abilities/truzz-xf/

I could be wrong but the description usually says 3 times but in game it says 10 times.

There you go, would need to run ten (10) times, for 1+ yard each, then you'll have Truzz for the rest of the game, i.e. UNSTOPPABLE! Unfortunately, Lamar's ridiculous delays making any type of pre-snap adjustments render him basically unusable, in my opinion.
