Why do I keep desync-ing so much? Is this a glitch people do?

How tf do people keep doing this to me. It makes no sense. It only happens when I’m winning. 

Is it the game sucking, my internet sucking, or people cheating?

Assuming the game sucks dude... Happens multiple times a day for me. I dint have film study. My opponent rarely has it..

Make sure you completely close your M25 game client every single day, especially upon initial login.  I have to assume the majority of us put our consoles to sleep, so when we resume session the following day, it can take a while for Madden 25 to catch up.  You'll be most of the way through your game, only to result in some type of seemingly random desync, but the game tends to think we're still operating under yesterday's session.  Logging out of Ultimate Team and back in does not seem to properly negotiate a new session.

It's not a perfect fix and these things will still happen, however it can dramatically lessen the frequency.  If you're about to begin a new gameplay session, ALWAYS close your game and relaunch from the main menu.  Simply logging back into EA's servers is not sufficient.  Buggy ass shit.  We're all dealing with this madness, constantly.

Nobody actually realllly knows lol that’s the wildest thing. Everyone has a say and nobody IS CORRECT, NOBODY.  Sometimes it happens the first play of the game sometimes the 4th Q. Sometimes it’s bcuz of film study sometimes not. Sometimes per say bcuz of Chris Jones, sometimes not. Even seen people and a mod comment check your NAT settings internet router configuration percentage usage like yeah bro let me go fucking do that smfh. 

My take is the Rembrandt logistics of the optical mathematical power system error code override browser cookies WiFi log in Omaha red right 88 flip the pen click it counter clockwise and then click twice clockwise Boris IM INVINCIBLE 007 plug the Ethernet cord into your refrigerator let it cool for 17 seconds replug it into your router but not your system ghost hunter press up up down down left left right right then hold R1 and R2 while simultaneously hitting X take out your starting RT insert Kicker eat a funnel cake and then you won’t have any Desync’s there ya go I’m goated I figured it out. Its a 36 Billion dollar shitty af company they could care lessssss about Desync’s and how can they put $5,000 step offers into Madden 26 to be honest we just have to accept the unacceptable

It is relentless. I was constantly having it happen and then took relentless off of one of the DT’s and it has not happened since.

It is a run play out of the Balenced playbook.  Singleback ACE Overload PA LT SNEAK. I kept getting screwed over and over. Every time that play is ran I get desynced. I’ve been searching for days to find out. Removed players, took abilities off ( got destroyed because of it) I did everything. Nothing worked. When I got that playbook and used that play it froze and booted me to the Home Screen of my Xbox. So that is the reason. Not film study and not relentless and not Chris jones.

I had to open the Alternate playbook set 30 times before I got the BALANCED playbook. But I encourage you all to try it and you will know I’m right.

I don't doubt that you are correct and there are numerous causes, but here's a non-Balanced playbook Desync from yesterday: https://www.mut.gg/forums/forum/mut-discussion-10/topic/desync-master-thread-56970/#454060 (sorry about washed out colors, i think it's probably from HDR).

So you were on offense?  What playbook? What play ?  Have you tried that same play in a different game?  The play out of the balanced playbook Desyncs every time I run it. I wonder why it started all of the sudden once season 8 started. Thanks for this post. And I have notice a few other plays doing it on 2v2 h2h. I get deduced and my son tells me what play they ran

Something from the SF 49ers offense, just a basic run play that i use all of the time.  I cannot say for certain, but i'm convinced it's a result of the person in the prior game having rage-quit, which regularly seems to glitch out my very next game.  I even backed all the way out and reset my M25 game client (re-launched from main Playstation menu) but that didn't seem to help.  Bleh.

Thanks for your input and continuing to research this nightmare.  Happens WAY more in H2H Squads play, but perhaps it's simply because that is far and away the game mode i play most.

do you know why like a lot in squads if i have 4 wins and i win i should be in playoffs but my whole season just restarts as if i got the lost?

We are noticing this a TON lately.  Not enough to build a solid theory about how/what/why this continually happens, but if you keep playing through it, you'll notice the games (and stats) still tend to count up and will in fact, allow you to advance to the "Superbowl" complete with custom SB (New Orleans) field and theming and all.  However, even if you win, you won't get the pack rewards, but your stats WILL (or should) continue to count up.  Unfortunately, we're not able to view our own stats from the various Leaderboards, but you can have a friend look it up and send you a screenshot and it'll show 9 game win streak or whatever you are on.

My squadmates have insisted that we NOT press any buttons after those games finish, try to allow the "END GAME" screen to fully load and disappear on its own, however nothing seems to fully resolve these issues.  I know exactly what you are referring to and it's happened at least twice in the past week alone to me, as well as another of my squadmates.  Frustrating, buggy ass, inconsistent mess -- it's EA, after all.

I am sorry, but i do not know why, nor how to prevent this from happening continually.
