X factor ability overview.

It’s getting really confusing and I’m seeing so many different vids and posts about it. 

But can someone give me cirka. What the different X factors have? 

The one I’ve seen most discussed is universal coverage with or without OSA. I added OSA on my dbs. I’ve seen a change and improved coverage of them. 

But I think I’m double stacking in some areas because EA makes this so confusing

But there’s a lot that says not properly tested or what the passive X factors actually are as abilities…

Not tested means that the team can't tell you how good they are. But the descriptions still tell you what they do. Perhaps I misunderstood your question. I thought you were confused on what they are/what they do.

I usually just take the quick second at the snap of the ball to see if any of my badges r clicking and they all do but passives one’s like for instance rally do stack and OSA at least with the bigger DB’s always moves the big boys out of position but i see where your getting at with this

No more like Dots, what abilities does this X factor include? Or gambit. 

Does of any them have gift wrapped, pass lead etc. so I don’t double stack an ability slot

Dots is every accuracy ability. pocket deadeye, roaming, dashing but with no limit, high point but with no limit, etc.

gambit is gunslinger and pass lead elite

ive heard that grab n go on WR has a hidden catch boost so that could make it so you can drop gift wrapped but still catch all ur passes if its true

Thats the problem in itself. 

EA doesnt give explanations or numbers behind things so we have to find out as a community. We've figured most things out but not everything.

This is from last year but its the closest thing we have

heres my understanding on all the abilitys, id love correction if im wrong, but this is my understanding.

OFFENSE

QB

Dots= Sideline deadeye, pocket deadeye, highpoint deadeye, lowpoint deadeye, and dashing deadeye no limit.(only missing is cross body deadeye)

Run n Gun= Dashing deadeye no limit, cross body deadeye no limit(heard this somewhere, but supposedly increases velocity on running throws)

Gambit= PLE, gunslinger, and no AI interceptions(very helpful with all the DL pick artists)

Bazooka= 15 extra yards on max throws(basically grants +5 TP)

Pro reads= Highlights first open WR, and fearless

Brick Wall= Only works in pocket, but will break first sack

Truzz= No fumbling unless countered by extra pop, enforcer supreme, and avalanche

Escape Artist= Basically useless, but it makes you leave the pocket slightly faster

HB/WR/TE

Truzz= No fumbling unless countered by extra pop, enforcer supreme, and avalanche

Angry Runs= Wins first interaction vs defender in run or pass game (breaks tackle, increased juke/spin effectiveness or Dominant truck/stiffarm on first defender)

Freight train= Breaks first tackle (unless they have secure tackler or tackle supreme)

Wrecking ball= Dominant trucks and stiff arms on next 3 attempts includes bulldozer and arm bar(Underated ability, it has the AR affect of dropping defenders with power moves)

First one Free= More effective spin, juke or hurdles. includes juke box and spin cycle(Also underated, I've noticed it actually breaks the next tackle after a elusive move)

Grab N Smash= Wrecking ball after catch

Ankle Breaker= First one free after catch

Yah I figured this would be the consensus. I do think that uni coverage grants better coverage, but OSA I find has made all my DBs just stick to routes

Thanks man!  Great Post. Had to gather most of this through a ton of forum posts, but nice to see in one spot. As a side note, I think Dots includes fearless too.

Also:

Vanguard: Dominate (pancake) blocks downfield. Can be countered with Reinforcement and sometimes with OMY.
