K/P

Who is the best K and P for same position?  Using Thorpe right now.  But his punting is weak..   for the 1-2 times I might punt a game.

Not sure if there's anyone. Ea designed it so you can't, you might have a 99 punter with 99 kp/a who can't make a 15 harder just because.

^This.   That said, why would you want/need to do this...to save a single roster slot?  To save coins?  Have you considered using one of your two Captains in this role? Direct answer is it would be best to use a Kicker rather than a Punter for a few reasons: 1) You don't want a Punter botching chip shot FGs and costing you games  2) You are probably going to be punting a lot less than kicking FGs  3) The punting penalty for your Kicker playing out of position is simply less distance (roughly 15-17 yards).  

98 TOTY Brandon Aubrey is probably the best option (but he's only going to punt about 1 yard further than Thorpe).  I'd rather fill the Punter role with an actual punter and not take the 15-17 yard penalty, but if you are consistently punting from your own 35 yard line (and therefore need the extra 15-17 yards) you are likely losing the game anyhow, LOL.  If the bulk of your punts are from midfield, Aubrey is the answer to your question.
