Rigged Boom or Bust packs and challenges and passes missing

I opened 36k season tickets worth of boom or bust packs with most of them being 94+ and pulled nothing over a 97… they have to be broken because there is no way I didn’t pull at least one 99. Also many challenge groups and passes were removed including the draft promo stuff even though it didn’t say they were expiring

Pack odds are horrible this year in general. They've gotten worse each year.

Nobody should be doing this right now. Wait until Rookie Premiere, and go for the packs that are highly likely to deliver the best Rookie Premiere set card value.
