Help me get to 99 Ovr/Best 3rd Down running back

I’m at a 99 ovr offense and defense, But my ovr is only a 98 and I think it’s 3rd down back that’s holding me back, I have Pacheco at 3rd down but he’s only 94 ovr, lmk the best hb at 3db. Heres a list of my team aswell if you have any suggestions on what to replace etc lmk.

Actually I messed up Aidan Hutchinson is a 99 ovr any my kicker is a 98

Your Kicker is 98. There's your answer. Gotta use a +4 Kick Power or Kick Accuracy strat card to bump him to 99.
