Check your lineup to 100% make sure they’re activated or see if there’s some AP issue with backups taking away AP

Interesting. So they’re activated but there is no Superstar icon under him?

Yes I added the X Factor and it's fixed. Not sure why because you can only use 3 X factors on Offense and Defense.
