This version has been terrible. The team that gets the ball first wins 90%-95% of the time. All the team needs to do is not turn the ball over and they will always win. There is not an equal chance for each team to possess the ball. I sure hope EA does better for part 3. Please EA, try not to suck!
What exactly is a 2nd hand fart?
Do you put it in a container and gift it to someone?
.
But back to your original question, the games are long enough to get multiple drives, plus 15 yard first downs make stops easier
This mode is 100x better than the first one. Offense winning 95% of the time isn't even close to accurate, and if you can't force 1 turnover on 15 yard first downs, you just got outplayed.

I must get outplayed a lot. And I certainly out play whoever I play when I get the ball first. When I get it first I very rarely ever lose. But thanks for your enlightened response.

Well yes I did... I bottled the amazing bean salad scent so you and your mom could enjoy it at a later time. 🤢

I can get stops at times with an honest defense (not the stupid cram-everyone-at-the-line-and-rush-two-or-blitz-seven nonsense) against all but the cheesiest offenses. First to receive does have an advantage, but if you can't get a stop on the two-point conversion after allowing two touchdowns, perhaps you need to work on your defense.
I play 40xASA, 8x OOP ASA, in case you were wondering. When I lose, it tends to be because third-step knockouts and hit-while-throwing keep me away from the endzone.
