His stats are amazing, no doubt in passing ovr the best player in the game. But his 95 speed has me worried, and also his abilities. Should I get a theme team surge QB like t law or Stafford, or what else should I do?
In my experience we always have “endgame” players that are outclassed more quickly than expected. Use whoever you want tbh. There are better qbs right now and there will be more in a month. If you have fun using Cam Ward there is no reason to switch. The gt qbs are good (Vick, Maye, Allen, Milton) and so are the TT Surge ones.
Ward has a generic release which is good, not great. Maye is much better but costs a lot more. TLaw has the same release. Stafford's release I haven't played with, but I heard is better. Milton is someone to consider as well since he can be had pretty cheap.

Solid advice, as always... @alexgriddy2311318 for budget QBs to consider that won't break the bank:
- AR15 -- sadly, he requires a 6-7AP stack to be truly elite (Sideline + Inside Deadeye = build yer own "Dots"), has baked on Tank + Truzz
- Baker -- best release in the game, but no Dots, can get Sideline + Pocket Deadeye, i think... sorry i'm old and forgetful, it's been a minute since i used him, but LOVED Baker cards from early December through May (no Truzz).
- TLaw (or any TT Surge player) is popular with Comp community for Gambit + Dots combo, but i can't deal with these mediocre release styles, plus he's really tall, so he can spin
- Joe Milton -- this is probably your best best if you prefer to move and scramble around, especially if you enjoy throwing on the run (Run N Gun)
Carolina Reaper was one of the first cards to get Dots, can get it for free, but again... less than stellar QB Release, so i'm not really even going to include it on the list. It's late in the year, my recommendation would be to use whatever is fun for YOU and still allows you to win games. I find it tedious to set up blocking protections on every single snap, so i'm typically just planning to get the ball out quickly, often throwing hot. I guess my point is, QB Release style probably matters significantly more to me than it does most people. There are no truly bad to the point of being unusable QB Releases this year, thankfully -- it's just those darn touches of "realism" that cause painful delays making presnap adjustments.
If you can stomach bad QB Release, there's the right handed Tim Tebow at end of TT Surge, for free. Over the Top 1 is objectively THE worst release in the entire game, but still mostly usable.
