This video was created just for you/us, who are struggling to defend the meta. I'm still using NE Pats defense, but may try to implement something similar from Dime 1-4.

I went back to the original pb I started the year off with Seattle and been running bunch TE, just bombing coverages
as for defense
I literally sit in cov4 shaded down and switch stick everything
43 even or 34 odd for run defense
