I probably would've gone with a T.J. Watt HB with Thruzz, Wreckingball, and angry runs baked, he's 251 pounds so he would've gotten airtrucks, he would also get good spins being 6'4".
His 99 stats would've been
Speed, Strength, Break Tackle, Truck, Stiffarm, COD
He would've also had good Spin Moves, 98 acceleration, and good agility

99 SPD Joe Montana, with custom Baker Mayfield release; Dots + Gambit + Truzz baked on, then Master Tactician and whatever else in the customer 0AP buckets, i guess.
Although i'm not intimately familiar with the restrictions for building players/cards, only that it's evolved slightly. A close second would be that Caleb Jones MLB from last year, hopefully EA has some creative things cooked up for final release. Also really hope the community can actually earn their own GT this year, from Season 8 field pass.
