Who knows, EA's in-game descriptions are woefully inadequate and often just plain wrong or misleading.  Sadly the newer X-factors (Shutdown, Zone Hawk) aren't listed.

Here are the actual modifiers for the ability, Pick Artist:

• CatchingDef_ChanceSpCatch: Grants the defender an improved chance to catch the ball.
• CatchingDef_Def_ChanceDisablePhysicsForceKnockout: Grants the defender an improved chance to disable physics force knockouts.
• CatchingDef_UnlimitedStaminaOnINT: Allows defender to have unlimited stamina on interception attempts.
