96-98 BND is 30 tokens but a 98-99 is 18? I can't believe EA is actually lowering a requirement there's got to be a catch?

This happened with RR token exchange sets weeks back. They are 10 tokens for 1 medal and then there was another set where they were 2 tokens for 1 medal. Only lasted like a week or 2. I bought 2 this morning just in case. Not opening tho yet. Waiting to hopefully get another good aka drop. Been weeks of shitty releases.
