Even a one coin Quick sell is better than being stuck with binder trash! What is EA's reasoning behind this?

Look deep inside your soul and ask yourself this question; do they honestly give a damn at this point?
There is no reason to have four of each of the BHM players in your binder, but someone needs to give a damn to fix it, therefore the proof is in the pudding.

I know they don't give a golly gosh darn. My question is why make ANY card not removable in the first place?

I can tell you exactly why. Because at some point someone "accidentally" quick sold one of these program cards out of their binder and then went and cried to EA about it. EA has to make things stupid proof so they made the cards non-sellable and now we're stuck with them.
