In my 4 years of playing madden, this is the least skilled based moment

There basically no skill left involved in the game

Its come down to abilities and RNG

What a shame this game has become

I guess Im looking forward to next August...the first few months are always the best time of the year before madden before all this abilities junk starts

That's the way EA wants it, gives lesser players the feeling they can compete without actually being good so they spend more money

Im not the biggest fan of were the game is at but don't you have the same advantage or disadvantage as ypur opponent?

not the point smh, get back to football IQ, play calling, stick skill, etc etc etc....game is in a bad place when abilities/xfactors are bailouts and the CPU constantly making plays

agreed. pretty much every player has 2-3 baked on bailouts on them now.

The point your on even playing feel , so those things are still the things that will affect the game .

This, absolutely, this. When ten CPU players tend to outplay the defensive user and the game has reached the point where I'm targeting the receivers in the vicinity of the user, and yet I'm struggling to win games when quarterbacks like Adams are breaking four tackles on rollouts and make their way into the endzone to cap off a drive of grossly overpowered offensive cheese plays that get receivers wide, wide open play after play, yeah, the game is in a bad place.

Watch YouTube, bury your ethical concepts of sportsmanship (if you ever developed any), and win games against guys who came to MUT to play football.

Having the capacity to build an equally powered lineup does not in itself guarantee that games will be fair and primarily a test of skill and strategy.
