Who are the top 3 CBs in the game right now?

Who do you think are the best CBs in game rn? Who plays the best, no matter the price.

DK Metcalf, Dan Skipper, Patrick Peterson

Id say the ranking above is good, but if you have AP, than woodson over DK as he gets both bottleneck and uni

Imagine saying this to anyone not familiar with MUT in May… “yeah best CB in the game are a WR, OL, and washed vet who just retired”

I have Moss, Peterson, Cromartie and Williamson. ALL DBs get +3 Man and +4 Zone on my team. I was thinking of grabbing Woodson or Metcalf but I will wait to see the next batch of GTs. Skipper has bad lateral movement and I run a good mix of man and zone, so I wasnt feeling him.

I would say - Ant, Ward, Free Adams, Free Pat Pete for top 4.  Total of under $500k for all 4 combined vs. Probably $10 million for the above 3, with very similar play.

Skipper, Spice Adams and Metcalf would be the best IMO. 

If you want to go the avalanche route:

CBs: Dan Skipper, Darnell Washington, Fred Williamson, Spice adams

Safeties: Ted Hendricks and Simmons 

LBs: Snoop and Lott (Or Boz, Derwin)

I have used every CB other than Skipper and Travis Hunter has easily made the most plays for me and  its not close . To be honest he has made plays he shouldn't have .

This is vital context we often fail to consider... sure there is the absolute best of the best, but pricing is and remains absolutely vital for any of these conversations.

My current crop of cornerbacks is/are:

1. Pat Pete
2. Dan Skipper
3. Anthony Adams (Slot 1)
4. DK Metcalf (Slot 2)

I prefer to have the height all around the outside, but in terms of true end-game DB play, it'd also be nice to have some hitters and run defenders who can crash down and help to handle the King Henry and other larger backs and power runner types we're all having to contend with... which means, Avalanche + Enforcer Supreme, or at the very least, Out My Way type abilities to help in run defense.

As stated above, there are a TON of 2AP Universal Coverage players to choose from at this point.  Unfortunately, the 1AP (or less) UC type DBs are going to run at least 1.5-2M coins each.

Since Skipper is mentioned a lot, what would be the best abilities to use that would complement and not duplicate his baked on UC and Shutdown?

Uche and buress coming tmw will be 1/2.

Think I found my answer for who is next on the team. Gonna go after Burress. His release is a bit sus but I will take the risk if I can get him. Thanks for the input everyone.
