Jalen the goal line merchant hurts

Is sorry this is coming from the biggest Jalen fan all the way from when he was benched for tua nd then tua got benched for him to save the game all the way to Oklahoma he’s mediocre and a systematic qb he has never had a 4000 yard passing season or 30 passing tds in a season he is below average as a passer and argue all you want stats walk bs talks until he passes for 4000 or 40 tds while not throwing 5 or more interceptions like Lamar did this season he will never be a top 10 qb in this league

I am really okay with Jalen not being on your top 10 list.  You can take your 4000 yard - 40 TD prerequisite.

I'll settle with

• The 2 SB appearance in the last 3 seasons
• The 1st QB in NFL HISTORY to start his career with (3)  9+ game winning streak in  his first 5 seasons.
• Had that 20-1 stretch
• Holds the NFL record of 13 consecutive wins vs teams with winning record.

In the 3 years the AFC has the reputation as being the tougher Conference.  Jalen seems to have no trouble.

• 2024 - (5 - 0) including teams like BAL, CIN, PIT. Plus a bonus W vs KC in the postseason.
• 2023 - (4 - 1) wins over BUF, KC, MIA
• 2022 - (5 - 0)

That is a sold 14 and 1 record vs the AFC in the last 3 reg season.

By the way last season was the first time Lamar Jackson threw for over 4000 yards, he has 3100 yards and fewer in 5 of his 7 years. So does that mean he wasn't a top 10 QB candidate until last year? Crazy logic. Also you won't be able to find 3-4 QBs in any given year to make it the TOP 10 list going by your requirement. Seem like you just tailor made this prerequisite based on Lamar Jackson's 2024 season. It'll be silly if I said no one who didn't win 12+ games, a SB, and oh yeah, rushed for 10+ TDs wont make my top 10 list.

Haters gonna hate. Boys been to 2 of last 3 Superbowl with different style teams and the "worst coach" but beats y'all's holy QB who fell apart in multiple Superbowl. Y'all glaze mahomes but he's had the leagues least points suffering defenses the last couple years but all praise goes to mahomes cause his refs bail him out. Last 3 seasons jalens had better stats than mahomes but gets blamed for everything. Hurts motivates his team cause he's a great leader, and that's what's led to major success. Calling him a tush push merchant is crazy cause every teams tried it, but only one team has made it work even though our OL has changed. He's a dual threat QB and he has totalled well over 4000 yards and 40 tds. He got fleeces in a MVP 2 years ago but y'all forget that. Lamar got no respect until this year even though he had MVPs but they said he can't win a SB so not good enough. Jalen won a Superbowl, but people still not calling him even top 10. He has put up great stats even though y'all say were a running team. Everyone says the eagles are a powerhouse team and anyone would win if they were QB, but why we always losing with someone else under center? Random topic to pick boss, but jalens proved himself time and time again.

The playoff success doesn’t lie, more than Lamar, Allen, or Burrow. Not saying that he’s better than them but that’s why Mahomes is always so highly rated despite the lack of regular season success these past couple years. The Chiefs defense made him pass this Super Bowl - and you saw how that went for them. The passing stats don’t look great because they have the best running back in the league who ends their drives with 70-yard TDs half the time. When Hurts did pass it was great, he had a passer rating higher than MVP Josh Allen. It also helps that he contributes in the rushing game as well. Hurts is at the very least Top 10, almost Top 5.

Could not have said it better, Jalen has played 2 tough chiefs defenses in the Superbowl and his production has been great in both. He always shows up when the time comes, and a lot of the top QBs crumble in tough situations

It's pretty obvious with the 2nd best defense and 2nd best run game you have an easy life as a Qb. Put him on the Bengals and he won't make it alive through the season.

Jalen has never eclipsed 4000 passing or 40 passing tds even with aj brown and smitty it’s sad give Lamar that duo and he would pass for 5k and 50 easily Lamar is 1-1 vs jalen and he did it with no receivers

Why can't we be realistic and say that Jalen more often than not has one of the best rosters in the league; and when he doesn't and everything isn't perfect, we've seen him lead the league in turnovers. No ones saying he's a bad qb, but that fanbase gives all the credit to jalen when he's usually just managing things.

His defense forced nine turnovers in that playoff run; saquon carried the team on his back for 17 weeks, but yet Jalen Hurts gets all the credit lol.

In 5 years jalens has 15k yards passing also barely played year one. in 7 Lamar has 20k. Jalen has 3k rushing Lamar has 6. Jalen has 39 picks Lamar has 50. Jalen has 25 fumbles Lamar has 44. Passing TDs Jalen has 85 and rushing 55. Lamar has 166 passing and 33 rushing. Now jalens taken 1900 attempts while Lamar has taken 2600. Jalens had 670 carrys and lamar has over 1000. All of these are regular season stats and are pretty close if you average there years. Jalens been in the league for basically 4 because he didn't play much that year. All of theae stats are very similar. Saying the eagles have insane receivers is true, but no one talked about mahomes being great cause his receivers when he has rice who was a dog before injury, Hollywood and worthy also Kelce at TE. All of this doesn't even mention hurts winning % and how successful he's made the eagles. Just admit you made a blanket statement thats been proven incorrect. Jalens been one of the most efficient QBs and generated a lot of success.

not to mention, Lamar had that good of a passing season with a RB that was 70ish yards away from 2k and had 19 rushing TDs

Yeah you're all correct. Hurts and Lamar both get carried bei their D and rushing attack. They both would retire after one season on the Bengals.
