Is there a way to search without having to manually check each person for the theme team motivator chems like the power run things like that or does anybody have a list maybe this has been posted already or I'm just not seeing where to search
There’s a filter in MUT GG. Look for the “HAS MOTIVATOR” filter.
Right now, the only ones I know of off the top of my head are Hurts, Julio, Pat Pete, Emmit, and Reggie
Also McCourty (SB card)

it's May, my good man... don't stress yourself out too terribly much over literally any stat. The entire game runs and operates off of abilities. This late in the year any theme team specific boost is going to be minimal, at best. +2 RBK isn't going to win us more games, however, it's absolutely vital that your O-line have sufficient blocking abilities, such as Secure Protector, All Day, Post Up, etc.
Stats barely matter at any point in the year, but especially not now, not this late in the Madden season. Abilities are basically the only thing that matters. I'd love for Theme Team Surge (or really anything) to change or improve that, but sadly, stats are capped at max 99, many of which operate off of minimum thresholds, so quite often 99 will play the same or similarly as 90+ in the majority of cases.

My apologies, it's very easy for newer players to get hung up on silly aspects of the game that don't really make a difference at the end of the day. Apologies, glad you know what you're getting into. I'm apparently projecting my own nonsense out onto the world, i'm still running 45/50 49ers TT, plus 20/40 ASA and full 15/15 ASA OOP (for +3 HT) boost, so i respect and appreciate where you are coming from in terms of trying to min/max yer squad.
It's a huge pain in the behind to search for that stuff. I ended up using Julio and Pat Pete... although Jalen Hurts QB gets all team chems, a handful of others, CJ Spiller. Glad someone else was able to actually answer your question.

What?!? How did it go by me that all star oop gives +2 ht. That's crazy. Gotta check that out.

...and you only need 8/15 total OOP chem to get the +2" height boost. Honestly most of my OOP players are backups at this point, but I love it for SS Megatron (SS1) and tribute Pat Pete (CB2).
It only works on the OOP cards, ofc, whereas the "regular" ASA chem boosts will boost the whole team (even non-ASA cards). It has already been mentioned that those stat boosts produce pretty negligible results unless the stat boost raises the number above a threshold, though.

Get all 15 and they'll actually have +3 HT. Too Tall literally seven feet.
When it comes to boosts, the only one I'm paying attention to right now is SPD. Very few players with OVR's more than 97 aren't already hitting key thresholds for the primary attributes associated with their natural position and archetype. I'm also trying to be practical about the boosts. At first I was running 40x ASA/10x ASA OOP/40x Cowboys/20x Packers/2x all four Cowboys Stocking Stuffers to get the most out of what had primarily been a Cowboys lineup. I later redistributed team chemistries and achieved 20x Cowboys/20x Packers/20x Chiefs, along with the other chemistries. Then I tried recovering lineup spots by reducing my non-essential Packers commitment to Super Bowl Reggie White/Herb Adderley/Ray Nitschke. So what have I gained with these various iterations?
40x ASA/10x ASA OOP/40x Cowboys/2x all four Cowboys Stocking Stuffers: Tony Gonzalez (TE), Jimmy Graham (TE), Taysom Hill (TE), and Randall McDaniel (WR) are my only skill position players with 97-98 SPD instead of 99 SPD. On the defensive line, Julius Peppers is 98 SPD, Ed Too Tall Jones and Patrick Ricard (DT) are 96 SPD, and Larry Allen is 95 SPD. Edgerrin Cooper and Ted Hendricks are one shy of the 99 SPD had by Derrick Henry (ROLB) and Julius Peppers (MLB). Jimmy Graham (FS) is the only player in the secondary with 98 SPD instead of 99 SPD.
40x ASA/10x ASA OOP/40x Cowboys/20x Packers/2x all four Cowboys Stocking Stuffers: The Packers chemistry maxes out the SPD of the lineup's seven Packers, with the exception of Jimmy Graham (TE).
40x ASA/10x ASA OOP/20x Cowboys/20x Packers/20x Chiefs/2x all four Cowboys Stocking Stuffers: I can also max out Bobby Bell's and tight end Tony Gonzalez' SPD, but I lose SPD on Larry Allen and Ed Too Tall Jones. The trade-offs start here.
40x ASA/10x ASA OOP/40x Cowboys/5x Cheesehead Motivator/2x all four Cowboys Stocking Stuffers: This iteration retained the SPD boost to Packers while recovering some spots in the lineup.
From this point, I began experimenting with other possibilities, but the constraints imposed simply didn't justify reaching peak SPD. In practical situations, the difference between 98 and 99 SPD is negligible when factoring in the effect abilities will have at this point. Beyond what I'm getting out of a 40x ASA/10x ASA OOP lineup, at this point I place the highest value on my defensive linemen's SPD, as the CPU players need all the help they can get when pursuing opposing quarterbacks.
At some point, the exercise becomes more perverse than practical.
We're right around the corner from Theme Team Surge, which may open up new possibilities.
