What do you guys do against the rush spam?

I'm struggling against the angry runs backs who tend to walk down my field, what should I do?

Typically come out in something liek 3-4 Odd or Even 6-1 and hope for the best.  You need some big boi run defenders in the middle, ideally Spice Adams DT and Larry Allen are quite good options.  Run Stuffer for 0AP seems to be quite good, better than even the combo of Inside Stuff & No Outsiders.  Not many cards get it... yet, but keep an eye out.  Any of these type plays from 3-4 Odd should do a halfway decent job defending the run.  Make sure you set the edge or don't get caught in the scrum on HB Stretch or Wide Zone type runs to the outside.  If they're abusing interior run, pinch the entire defense.  Maybe Show Blitz or Press to bring Safeties down into the box, which should help ensuring they're in run fits.

• Will Buck 3 Press
• Cover 4 Drop

Diving tackles (Square on playstation) are quite effective, annoyingly so.  Conservative tackles, hopefully gang tackles to haul down King Henry or the Spice Adams HB, etc.  Stopping someone who is committed to the run is one of THE most annoying things to deal with in this game.  First time the run has been this effective all year.

Tbh if you're playing somebody like me with AR on RB and 7 Vanguards , we'll then u simply just pray lol 🙏
