Avalanche or Reinforcement?

Just picked up Snoop MLB and he has both. I'm thinking on who to put as Sub LB along with him. I currently have Cooper with Reinforcement but I was considering picking up Roquan Smith with Avalanche but he doesn't have reinforcement. The only other person who can get both is Combine Malcolm Jenkins I think but it'll cost 3 AP for that.

So which one means more in your experience between the two? Reinforcement or Avalanche?

I feel avalanche has made more of an impact for me personally. One turnover can make or break the game. However whenever I’m playing someone who spams the run with a bunch of vanguards I tell myself I’m going to build a defense with as many reinforcements as possible. Even then I’ve gotten ran all over with like 3 baked on reinforcements on the field.
