This adds up to 10,500 pts. I spent $100 for 12.000pts. So why I am at 1,500 but have step 4 to go? If I AM wrong please explain this to me.

Check your Unopened Packs. Perhaps you misclicked after purchasing the final pack. That’s how the math maths, anyway.
Did you pull Alstott??
Often it lets you buy step 4 twice for some reason, maybe you purchased step 4 without realising and it's showing the 2nd step 4?
