Half of my opponents are sweaty, and all of my lineups are weaker. It's like there's a hidden trigger that ensures I draft teams with an OVR of 91, anchored by two quarterbacks, and no real abilities to speak of. Where's my Ryan Leaf? Where's my Julio Jones? Where's my dominant interior lineman as fast as my opponent's quarterback?
I had a draft with two rounds of quarterbacks, and every single one was a 95. I've had drafts where I got only runningbacks of ascending value or Team Diamonds wideouts and tight ends of descending value. It's just been snake eyes again and again.
And then I get to the games, where my opponent's CPU-controlled players get Lurker picks, and my guys drop wide open ducks again and again. My quarterback will throw on target, so the defender will warp through space to get underneath. Or my quarterback will just throw it straight to the defender instead of to my receiver in stride.
And for as many times as I quit out of the first game and said, "I'm not going to waste my time with this sorry lineup," I've had exactly three people quit out in the manner that I've probably done a dozen times.
