I have seen a lot people saying that a high release on a DB is bad. Does the high release only negatively affect their coverage in Man or Man Press? Or does it negatively affect their coverage in Zone as well?
idk but here is the video about it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8yP4BIKGxBQ&t=5s

honestly i couldn't really tell you i have followed it to a T this year and i've seen travis hunter with 99 RLS lurk everything including tony G snagging open seam throws on defense i've also had fletcher with 99 prc and all with reinforcement and he barely was around the ball with KO's. H2H is such a dice roll that i'm not sure it works and i don't think practice mode can help demonstrate it.
I also was paying attention to it but Randy moss CB and Travis hunter CB both have really high RLS and they are both lockdown cb’s so…

Interesting, he responded to one of the comments saying the release affects all coverage except zone drops. You also have to wonder how much of an impact it has with abilities running the game right now.
