CB arrangement help please

This is who I've got. 

1. Travis Hunter pre-order card no chem. But still a very good card with all 0 abilities.

2. A. Edwards

3. 99 pat Pete

4. Mitchell

5. Ty Law (just for the triple team chem)

I've also got Asa Deion

Looking to sell probably deion

Slot 1 Travis Hunter 

Slot 2 Pat Pete

Looking for advice on the best way to order in lineup. I run eagles, ravens, vikings.

Looking for advice on the best way to order in lineup. I run eagles, ravens, vikings.

I prefer height on the outside, so I'm using fully boosted TonyG opposite Calvin Johnson (SS), both are 6'8"

Whomever in your lineup gets Deep Zone (or DOZKO & DIZKO) at or near 0AP is almost certainly who I'd play on the outside. I try to match up abilities to specific areas of the field, allowing that to dictate roster placement. YMMV.

I prefer the opposite, height in the slots. tall slot DBs can bait corners from the flats. I'm not using that strat right now tho, I have fruit punch and combine pat Pete there now lol

Pat Pete and Travis Hunter on the outside IMO. Quinyon and Ant got great bsh and tackling for the slot (not to mention great height too)

Both my slot corners are 6'4" they're definitely not midgets; Pat Pete and Randy Moss. I'm trying to keep everything underneath.

While I'm new to MUT and won't even pretend I can answer what works best, I'd like to share a "trick" I discovered with CBs. Keep in mind I play 99% offline so I have zero idea how well this works in H2H. 

I have 6 CBs that I really love for one reason or another and just messing around with lineups I found that by placing whomever I chose at Slot1 at the CB5 position and my Slot 2 at CB4, I can get rotation with all 5 corners depending on the play package and on occasion if I needed the CB5 spot for a promo specific 2+player spot I just left the Slot1 spot alone and found that CB5 was still making it into rotation, giving me 6 CB options depending on play package. 

Like I said, vs CPU in solo battles it's a lot of fun. I use the same lineup when I do go H2H but my stick skills and pre-snap adjustments are so bad still that I can't tell if my blown coverages are from my  wonky lineup or not. Lol. ✌️

I've gone the same route. peppers in the middle, buckner and calvin in the mid/flat areas, ted and jimmy g with deep zone at safeties, tony g and pat pete outside. pat pete only being 6'4 gave me some pause, but he was the only other one that worked well with my scheme and saved me ap, and he's actually been a monster on the outside he makes so many plays and saves my friend and I a bunch when we play squads and make a mistake. I also took your advice in another post and got the super bowl pack/cowboys and went 40 cowboys 20 packers. still thinking about dropping 20 pack and going 20 titans, but I'd have to look at the fit first.

Calvin at Ss- universal

Graham at FS

Cant teach height

I think I've got 7 Packers currently. I'm really only running 20 Titans so I can have 99 SPD featured back.

And yeah, there just wasn't a fitting bookend to play opposite TonyG, hence why I brought Calvin down to play outside corner, with Randy & Pat Pete holding down the slot at "just" 6'4" tall. These may very well be my end-game DBs. We're not going to get many more NBA sized players.

I love to obsess over this team building shit. Please feel free to take some inspiration from my roster. Should be mostly current.

yeah I think the only think I would want is another decently sized corner that gets the all star oop as well to put outside and move pat pete to something where I need 6 dbs.

Facts.  Unfortunately those don't exist... after running Calvin at SS for a while, i eventually moved Ted into that spot, the 6'10" Towers of Terror as my deep safety help with dual 6'8" outside DBs has made it extremely difficult to throw the ball deep.

so I did some tweaking and was able to fit 40 cowboys with super bowl champs, 20 colts for buckner dt and mlb, 20 titans for qb richardson and both henry's, 15 oop all star, and kept packers super bowl champs. it was a super tight fit, but I was able to get it done somehow. I feel like I'm getting almost everything I can out of it rn.

Hot damn, talk about min/max bravo brother. I've got a slightly more relaxed version of what you're running. For comparison, I'm running: 

• 40/50 49ers
• 15/15 ASA OOP
• 20/40 ASA (boosts ALL players)
• 20/50 Titans (for T. Sweat, both RB & DT)
• 7/50 Packers
• 5/5 Superbowl GB Pack boost for +1 SPD 

No Colts for me, but I am using AR15.
