It’s in the “Solo Seasons” mode.
Each game you play earns XP towards the AKA Icons Pass. You can look at the pass to see how much XP is needed for the tokens.
Each week the first 5 games you play earn extra XP.

Under the “Solo Seasons” (I think) tab you will find “AKA Iconoclash”. It’s half of a game against the CPU. Winning will give you xp towards your AKA Icons field pass, and every level gives a token. The first five games per week give boosted xp but you can do them whenever. Some people like to immediately quit out, as it gives a small amount of xp and can be repeated to be slightly faster than simply playing through the games, but I like to knock out field pass objectives while I play.
