Why does my defense get shredded

I have 1.1 mil coins and need suggestions because I cannot stop the run to save my life. Is it a scheme issue or ability? Or skill lmao

Team is solid. It's tough out here man. Try to throw on run stopper and inside stuff on all your d-line. Stick to 3/4 or Nickel. Don't show blitz or press. Bring the safeties down about 10 yards from scrimmage. User skills are essential with the angles. Don't spam turbo until you have a clear angle.

@612ojay, team looks good enough to stop the run, buts its just hard to stop with vanguards and angry runs/freight trains... Ive had best luck stopping the run out of 33 cub 3 buzz (bring the hook safety down, line up directly over center and shoot a gap immediately) and 33 odd cover 4 drop (bring both SS and FS down and user either linebacker, shoot b gap).
