Are the best at their position and make the starting line up?

Cam Ward feels like QB1.

Doesn't seem to be any...
RB with Angry Runs
WR or TE with Double Me
DBs with Universal Coverage
OL with Vanguard
LB or DL with Colossus.

Do we know of any players that get "the spin"?

Do they still get it done or do they lose value without those abilities?

the 98-99 line is mostly solid ability wise. I run full all star oop lb and secondary so not much that will get me off that +3 height and +2 speed from that with 6'10 lbs and safeties. I think the 99 dt from the browns is solid for his stack, and he's the only one I've grabbed on defense. I'm most interested in abdul, but it looks like we'll have to wait for him.

Same. Running the All Stars OOP chem boost.

Grabbed Cam Ward, he's QB1 IMO.

Pulled Jeanty. Great stack for 0AP but I don't think he's better than Henry or Edwards with Angry Runs and that spin move.

Hoping we see Carter with Colossus.

I feel the same ward is definitely QB1 and AJ is good but just not as good as King Henry with AR and that deadly stiff arm lol

Ward looks good but I'm going to atick with Cunningham. EA did well. These cards are all pretty good.

Hrmm, have you guys tried the AR15 end-game QB stack?  Combination of Inside Deadeye + Sideline Deadeye results in perfect blue passing on almost literally every single throw that we can make.  Regardless of depth, etc.  High point passes will often show some innacuracies, but even then, they're often better than expected.  Heck, during some brief testing, even the red "inaccurates" were catchable balls.  I'm running a slight variation of this (with velocity, Steamroller seems an odd choice -- everything else is 🔥).

Unfortunately, Cam Ward doesn't get the option to have both of those abilities, plus his Gen2 QB release style is decidedly average.  He's a VERY good QB, don't get me wrong, but for my money, i'm sticking with AR15.  Having Tank on all ball carriers feels essential this late in the year.  I build the Mason Graham set for profit, not sure if i'll grab one for myself.  Wish this Cam Ward had a better release, because i'm running hybrid Titans TT.

• 5(ish)/50 GB (plus 3/3 Reggie, Adderly, RayRay) -- for that all important +1 SPD boost for my fudgePackers

I don't see how we EVER improve upon this ASA OOP squad.  Even if we get cards with numerous (3?) baked on X-factors, as passive abilities, they're not going to be 6'10" deep safeties, nor 6'8" outside corners.  You simply cannot teach height!  Granted, i said something similar about the Combine squad, blah blah "i'll be using this til May"

I tried AR15 and he was good but something is different about CW his throws are flawless and crisp and imo he runs better as well. But AR15 is practically free so there's that too lol

I guess you could try to replicate it via Pocket Deadeye + Sideline (on this Cam Ward), maybe i'll tinker with that... but if you enjoy moving around (or lightning quick passes), there's significant room for improvement.  But whatever, it's basically May.  Use whatever YOU want and have fun with.

I agree, feels smooth and fluid.

The problem with the ar15 stack is no pass lead or set feet elite. I found it hard to go back to not having it since I throw deep a lot.

He gets both discounted, not sure what you mean that he doesn't have them in his stack.

Hunter doesn’t have universal but the o AP stack is still sick. Definitely starting lineup.

Thanks for stating this. I don't really understand how or why ZAN chose Steamroller over velocity, but whatever. 6-7AP, depending upon if you want SFL or PLE, but what the fuck else are we going to spend offensive AP on? What's better than running around liek an asshole and heaving up perfect blue passes on pretty much every throw, at least ones where I have time to sort of square my shoulders.

I haven't found any abilities that are more impactful or could win us more games, but I'm sure there's plenty of dissenting opinions. I'd love to hear em, even if most of them are wrong. 😜
