Does having 1 guy with Run Protector or Pass Protector give that to the whole o line? Iv’e heard that was the case? I know those 2 abilities combined = secure protector so seems odd that having those 2 cheep abilities on 2 guys would just give the whole o line secure protector?

No i haven’t heard that about either of those abilities but:
Linchpin is only needed on one player and it applies to the entire o-line.
If you have Protected on your QB that applies to the entire o-line.
No, Run Protector and Pass Protector only work on the player with the abilities.
Like said, only Linchpin and Protected apply to the entire o-line.

But isn’t run and pass the same as secure?
We only need one per o line?
I thought linchpin was per player too. Ffs so confusing

Run + Pass Protector = Secure Protector
Some lineman get certain ability discounts, like 0AP Run and Pass Protector, but do not get a discount on Secure Protector. So adding both Run Protector and Pass Protector for free is a common way to get free "Secure Protector." A common mantra is that you only really "need" Secure Protector + All Day to get the best protection against block sheds. Generally you won't want to sacrifice this combo of abilities, especially if you can get them for 0AP, depending on your scheme.
Linchpin is only needed on one player on your line. To my knowledge it does not stack, so it is pointless to add it to more than one player. Someone can correct me if I am wrong there.
Protected is a quarterback ability that also works for the entire O-line.

Run Protector + Pass Protector = Secure Protector to my knowledge has been pure speculation thus far. I haven’t seen anything completely confirm this. It would make sense but I haven’t thought of a way to accurately test the theory.

The creator has a long history of providing valuable info specifically about o-line blocking. There’s a lot of good info but also some that is a little confusing.
He thinks Pass Protector is a combination of all of the individual o-line abilities that add blocker resistance to pass rush moves.
Also he believes having Protected on your QB is the same as having All Day on all of your o-linemen.
